    I originally saw this movie when I rented from a place called Video Barn that was going out of business. My only regret is that we did not purchase this movie then. It is one of those movies so ridiculously bad that it comes back around to being good. It is hilariously bad. Between bad costumes, and a dorky premise, and straight up theft of scenes from other movies that the main character is sort of reacting to, it hits all the wrong/right notes. Plus, it stars Bo Svenson, who, aside from having an epic name, is crazy bad/good as an actor. If you like bad movies, and especially bad fantasy, check this movie out.

    Picked up this little beauty on blu ray and dvd. This is a German release but plays perfectly on both UK dvd and blu ray players. Picture quality brilliant on the remastered blu ray. This is a gem of a film from the 80s. Comes complete with a book but this is all in German so be aware of this if purchasing elsewhere. Audio can be both German or English. Really pleased with my purchase and delivered very quickly from via Amazon.

    If you liked Wizards of the Lost Kingdom as a kid, this Blu Ray will be something to treasure. The picture quality is truly surprising given how old and low-budget the film is. The English audio option is easy to locate.

    If you have never seen this film before, I don't recommend blind-buying this at all. However, if the nostalgia factor is high, this is a must buy.

    Ein Trash Kultfilm wie man sich ihn nur wünschen kann Endlich auf Blu-ray ich hatte ihn vor vielen Jahren mal auf DVD gehabt da war die Qualität Nicht Gut!
    Auch die Aufmachung der Verpackung einfach Super mit einen Eingeklebtem Buch.
    UND KEIN FSK LOGO ( DAS IST AUF DER VERPACKUNGSFOLIE DRAUF!
    DAMAL Hieß der Titel In einem Königreich vor unserer Zeit.
    Also Trash vom Feinsten Ja Natürlich von Roger Corman.

    Der Film ist kein Trashfilm, dazu ist er zu dämlich. Wer dieses Machwerk "geistreich findet besitzt entweder nur eine halbe Gehirnzelle oder bekommt Geld für seine Verarschung! Warum nimmt man eigentlich keine Schauspieler für die Rollen? Die Monster sind sowas von kindisch, vor allem der große Teddybär, das billige Plastik der Drachen erkennt man schon von weitem . Die blu ray ist schlechter als eine DVD. Der Film ist ein einziger Betrug und geht sofort zurück!
